About Us
Joy M. Camp, Ph.D. and Natalie Zaremba, M.Ed. are the owners of C&Z Transitions. They have completed advanced training in move planning and home downsizing, and both are Certified Relocation and Transition Specialists (CRTS). They are also members of the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM).
Each has 25 plus years of executive management experience in health and human services and possess strong organizational and project management skills. In addition to providing leadership to staff and clients with diverse and complex needs, their experience also includes planning and overseeing numerous office relocations.
