What is the cost of C&Z Transitions move and downsizing services?

All move and downsizing projects are customized to meet the needs and desires of our clients. Clients chose from a menu of services. As a result, the cost of each move or downsizing project is based on a combination of factors including:

  • The number of services you want C&Z Transitions to perform
  • The size of your home
  • The number of possessions you want C&Z Transitions to manage for the move or downsizing project.
What if I am moving from a community you serve to a community that you do not serve or even to another state?

As members of the National Association of Senior Move Managers and, C&Z Transitions is part of a national network of move planners. In this situation, we would locate a move manager who works in the area to which you are moving. This move manager would unpack and settle your possessions in your home according to the floor plan you approved before the move.

How does C&Z Transitions keep track of my possessions?

C&Z implements several procedures to ensure that all household furnishings and valuable possessions are tracked:

  • We ask all of our clients to identify valuable possessions including large items like antique furniture and small items such as, jewelry or treasured photographs.
  • We photograph and inventory these valuables.
  • We assist clients in locating a secure location for the smaller valuable items in their home or elsewhere (i.e. a safety deposit box) if requested.
  • We compile a digital inventory of all household furnishing
  • All possessions that will be distributed to relatives, friends and charities will be documented.
